Fava Bean Dip

Fava Bean Dip

Not to be confused with fava beans, this dip is actually made with yellow split peas. They call them fava in Greek. Fava Dip is common to have in tavernas in Greece. Cocktail Popcorn

Cocktail Popcorn

Tis the season for cocktails and here is a quick and easy snack to go with it!  Fast, easy and oh, so very good! Mizithra is a Greek cheese that you can find at speciality Greek grocery stores.  Greek oregano is well worth finding, it doesn’t even smell the same as the oregano you get in the supermarket.  We topped popcorn with our early harvest extra virgin oil which was amazing!  It’s coming arriving in late January, but regular Zeus will have to do for now. Butternut Squash Pasta

Butternut Squash Pasta

The roasted veggies could be a make ahead step and reheated before you are ready to toss on your pasta.  The squash puree on its...
